Crystal Healing Experience – Session Flow

You will begin by choosing a crystal that you feel naturally drawn to.
We then offer a brief crystal reading to understand its message and your current energetic state.

Next, you will lie down on the healing bed.
Through gentle guided meditation, you will be led into a relaxed state as the heart chakra begins to open.

Once your mind and body are calm, the selected crystals are placed on your chakras.
With the support of crystal energy and sound healing, your energy is gently cleansed and rebalanced.

A pendulum is used to help integrate the crystal energy throughout the body.
If needed, a crystal wand may be used to clear any unwanted energetic cords.

This is a quiet, restorative experience that supports deep relaxation and inner balance—
for the mind, body, and spirit.

To receive the full benefits of your session:

• Please avoid heavy meals for about 3 hours beforehand
(light hydration is fine)
