The ritual oils at Prem Sonam are highly concentrated and energetically potent.
To receive the full benefit, please follow these steps:

① Activation

Place 3 drops of oil onto your palm using the dropper.

Using your dominant index finger, trace the symbol shown on the label over the oil.

Gently rub your hands together for about 30–60 seconds to warm and activate the oil.

Turn your palms upward, close your eyes, and take slow deep breaths for about 1 minute, focusing on the sensation.

You may notice subtle sensations or a stronger awareness of the scent—this is a natural response as your energy settles.

② Align with Your Intention

Focus your awareness on the purpose of the oil:

Cleansing → imagine clearing away unwanted energy
Love → feel surrounded by warmth, openness, and connection
Grounding → imagine roots extending into the earth, bringing stability
Protection → visualize being surrounded by a strong, clear shield
Prosperity → imagine opportunities and abundance flowing toward you

③ Apply the Energy

With your hands, gently sweep your energy field from head to ankles,
as if surrounding yourself in a protective layer.

Finish by holding your ankles briefly to complete grounding.

You may wash your hands afterward if desired.
The effect typically lasts about 4–6 hours.
